In-Home Newborn Session

I loved shooting this in-home newborn session. Baby Nathan was born early, so parents Michael and Lindsay didn’t have his nursery finished and were unprepared for his early arrival. Fortunately, my home doubles as a perfect studio. I’ve done several in-home newborn sessions for family at my home in Utah County.

Lindsay did such a great job being natural with the baby and snuggling him. Nathan is the first boy of the family, so the two older sisters did a great job loving on him. I have a list of go-to poses that work great, but I also love playing off of what comes naturally for families. And man, does this family have great hair!
