Oquirrh Mountain Temple Photography | Megan + Jared

Megan and Jared got married in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple in South Jordan, Utah. It is one of my favorite temples. I’m biased because that is where I got married!

Megan is my pretend sister. I don’t have any sisters of my own and neither does she so we always pretended we were sisters. We became good friends at girls camp many many years ago and I was so happy to be photographing her wedding!

My husband and I moved into my parents basement while we built our house and Megan was living at her parents house temporarily. She and I used to go on temple trips together to this very temple. I would guess that she and I have a special place for this temple in our hearts. She and I both helped in the open house for this temple when it was newly built. Megan attended my wedding in this very temple as well.

Megan and Jared were so much fun to be with and they had a gorgeous reception afterward in Megan’s parents backyard. It was beautifully decorated by her amazing mom.

Megan had so much support from her family and friends as well as from Jared’s family and friends. I had so much fun getting to know them!
